Can I personalise my wallet?
Yes. Most Hentley wallets can be monogrammed with initials. Add the initials on the product page or cart where personalisation is available.
How many letters can I use for monogramming?
Use 2 to 4 letters. Shorter initials keep the mark clean and balanced inside the wallet.
How quickly do you send orders?
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within one business day. Personalised orders can take a little longer during busy periods, but we work to keep them moving quickly.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the destination and carrier network. Australian metro orders usually arrive faster than regional or international orders. Tracking is sent once the order leaves us so you can follow the delivery.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking link by email. Use that link for the latest carrier updates.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible through the contact form. If the order has not been personalised or dispatched, we will do what we can to help.
Can personalised items be returned?
Personalised products are made for you, so returns are limited unless the item is faulty or there is an issue with the order. Contact us with your order number and photos if something is not right.
Do you offer corporate or bulk gifting?
