Shipping and Returns
We aim to prepare and ship orders quickly, with tracking provided once your order is on its way.
Fulfilment
Most orders are prepared within one business day. Personalised orders can take a little longer during busy periods because the monogramming needs to be checked before dispatch.
Delivery timing
Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier network. Australian metro deliveries are usually faster, while regional and international deliveries can take longer. The tracking page will provide the latest carrier estimate once the parcel is moving.
Tracking your order
When your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Use that link to check the current delivery status and any delivery updates from the carrier.
Delivery details
Please check your delivery address before placing the order. If something is wrong, contact us straight away through the contact form. Once a parcel has been dispatched, address changes may not be possible.
Returns and order issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, contact us with your order number and photos so we can review it. Personalised items are made for you, so returns are limited unless there is a fault or fulfilment issue.
