Had ordered a Lahore wallet but they mistakenly sent a Manhattan Classic style one. Tried to contact them to inquire but they didn't even respond.

Fulfillment isn't doing good but the customer service is excellent

No doubt the quality of their products are perfect. They sent me wrong items so I contacted the customer service which it turned to be very helpful. They responded quickly and sent me the right items right away without asking me to return the wrong one.
